The Construction Manager shall:

1. Hold pre-bid conferences, as required.

2. Solicit bids from approved lists of bidders.

3. Receive and analyze bids, and prepare spread sheets.

4. Review bids with Owner and/or Designer, and with their concurrence, recommend successful bidders to Owner.

5. Prepare contract documents for Owner’s signature.
