We have had the opportunity over the years to do a lot of rehab work on existing residential buildings, to include buildings of an historic nature. Our work has encompassed restoring the exterior facade of buildings, and/or gutting out and redoing the entire interior of buildings, to suit the needs of our clients. Our work on residences also included creative and innovative additions to existing homes/residences, as well as various maintenance type work, such as: roofing, carpentry, siding, interior finishing (drywall, insulation, exterior and interior painting, floor finishing, etc.), and any other work related to the development and maintenance of a home/residence.
