2. Religious Facilities - This includes
removing and completely replacing the existing roof over the recreation
center for the Hellenic Center, and completely restoring its interior.
This was a major restoration/alteration project, completed in Poughkeepsie,
NY.
3. Lending Institutions -This includes
completing a new modern facility for the Kingston Trust Bank in Marlboro,
NY.
4. Medical Facilities - This includes
completing a new ultra modern medical, two-story facility in Middletown,
NY. Our company won an award for the Best Commercial Building built
that year.
5. Miscellaneous Type Facilities -
This includes completing new, alterations, restorations, and additions
of numerous facilities of various types: convenient food marts, firehouses,
medical buildings, supermarkets, etc., throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley
area.
Other miscellaneous type facilities, in which we have been involved and
responsible for building, range from multiple type nursing home and health
related facilities, mid-rise hotels, motels, restaurants, and condominium
buildings to high-rise office and mixed use type structures throughout

In addition to the above, we also provide a unique service to the Pre-Engineering
Metal Building industry in the restoration, preservation, and in extending
the life of existing metal building roofs, with a cost effective roof
coating system that can go over rubber, metal, and asphalt roofs.
We represent and use the ASTEC Re-Ply Roof Coating System,
which is a Fluid-Applied Ceramic Insulating Reroofing System for rubber,
metal, and asphalt roofs.

joints, laps, and fasteners under a monolithic seamless barrier that strong
winds and driving rain or hail virtually cannot rattle, lift, or erode
